Mission
Were looking for a Marketing Intern to support and scale our organic content engine with a strong focus on blog production and SEO.
Your role is simple: help us produce high-quality high-performing content consistently. Content is a core growth lever for IKONO and this role directly impacts our ability to drive organic traffic and visibility.
What Youll Do
Content Production (Execution)
- Research write and edit blog articles aligned with our brand and audience
- Deliver content consistently meeting both quality and volume expectations
- Adapt your writing to match IKONOs tone and positioning
SEO & Performance (Analysis)
- Apply SEO best practices (keyword research structure optimization)
- Support content optimization based on performance insights
- Understand what drives traffic and engagement and adjust accordingly
Content Development (Growth)
- Contribute ideas to the editorial calendar
- Identify content opportunities based on trends and performance
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve content output

- Organic traffic growth
- Content output (volume and consistency)
- Keyword performance

Requirements
- Language: C1 level of English is required
- Additional languages: Strong plus
- Writing skills: Ability to adapt tone and produce clear engaging content
- Research & curiosity: Comfortable exploring topics and building content from scratch
- Execution: Reliable consistent and able to meet deadlines
- Mindset: Growth-oriented proactive and willing to learn
- Analytical thinking: Interest in understanding content performance
Tools & Ways of Working
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. for research drafting or optimization) to increase efficiency
- Ability to balance speed with quality using tools to support not replace good judgment
