Position Description:
At CGI we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build currently we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator co-op student to help us this role you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team with a specific focus recruiting in Toronto.
Join our Talent Acquisition team where youll have the opportunity to strengthen our recruitment strategies and initiatives in Toronto while learning from seasoned talent acquisition partners.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop talent management strategies to enable a strong talent pipeline
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions including supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates conducting interviews and additional administrative tasks
Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and service
Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Utilize LinkedIn to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Currently enrolled in a business or HR post-secondary degree or diploma program
Administrative or HR experience in a corporate environment
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitask
Collaboration communication and active listening skills
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
