Job Summary

As an Equipment Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting fleet and equipment management within their assigned region ensuring operational efficiency regulatory compliance and timely upkeep of vehicles and equipment. This role involves coordinating maintenance tracking compliance and assisting with various logistical and administrative functions to support operations.

What would you be doing

  • Coordinated daily fleet and equipment operations including vehicle assignments repairs logistics and access.
  • Supported NSC compliance by managing driver logs inspections and resolving noncompliance issues.
  • Oversaw certifications inspections and maintenance of equipment tools and facilities.
  • Managed tool crib operations including inventory tracking secure storage deployment to projects and returns.
  • Collaborated with operations teams to ensure tools and equipment were maintained replenished and ready for field use.

Qualifications :

  • 35 years of experience in fleet/equipment coordination logistics or a related role with strong knowledge of maintenance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in fleet and equipment management with familiarity in NSC compliance and safety regulations considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or inventory management systems with strong organizational skills to manage tasks across multiple districts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Diploma or certification in logistics inventory or fleet management (or equivalent experience) along with a valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
