In your Relationship Manager role you will protect and retain all clients in your portfolio along with enabling growth by ensuring you are value-adding to client relationships.
The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the key Client stakeholders and RemServ and the aim is to be regarded as an industry expert & trusted business partner with the ultimate goal of achieving attitudinal loyalty.
It is the responsibility of this role to achieve client retention solid program participation growth and develop relationships with your customers in your portfolio. You will also to provide employee education & awareness presentations on your customers sites.
