TITLE: KNBS Store Clerk
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Store Operations Manager
CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: KNBS Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Job Description:
To provide customers an outstanding retail experience. The Store Clerk performs a variety of retail functions which derive the highest levels of customer service.
Job Duties:
Perform front-end cashier duties including operation of cash register and gas management systems. Check-in and stock freight. Clean. Perform opening and closing duties. Prepare and serve food items. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Excellent communication skills. Able to read and follow directions. Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction. Able to operate cash register count change to customers. Able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Stand on your feet for long periods of time. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic math computer and multi-tasking skills.
Must be available to work all shifts.
Must complete SNAP/EBT training within 30 days of employment.
