Job Summary
Pines Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team in Pembroke Pines FL. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and able to work independently to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing electrical
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and supplies.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry work.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
