Job Summary

Role: Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer Subject Matter Expert (SME)

hybrid 3 days in Calgary

Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary SME for Citrix NetScaler across production non-production and DR environments.
Design deploy and manage L4 L7 load balancing SSL offloading traffic management and application optimization.
Troubleshoot complex performance availability and connectivity issues.
Implement and manage SSL content switching HA/DR and security integrations.
Collaborate with network security and application teams to onboard and optimize applications.
Support upgrades migrations and modernization initiatives.
Provide L3 support RCA documentation and technical mentorship.

Required Skills and Experience:

15 years of hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC in large enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of load balancing TCP/IP HTTP/HTTPS SSL/TLS and networking fundamentals.
Experience in 24x7 production environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
