Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Developer(APEX LWC Visualforce Flow)14 years of exp

Location: Albany NY Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and Apex/LWC to automate business processes and case management workflows.
Create Flows Apex classes and automation to support business requirements.
Maintain technical documentation including design documents deployment scripts and configuration guides.
Ensure adherence to data privacy policies access controls and Center of Excellence (CoE) guardrails.
Integrate Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs Named Credentials and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
Develop complex logic and integrations for business use cases including eligibility and payment processes.
Write and maintain unit tests perform peer reviews and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Participate in CI/CD pipelines sandbox management and release deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with architects business analysts project managers and testers to deliver reusable and scalable components.
Assist with production troubleshooting enhancements and post-deployment maintenance activities.
Maintain enhance and refactor solutions as new requirements or compliance mandates emerge.
Implement integrated CTI solutions using enterprise contact center platforms.
Implement secure access solutions via enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO).
Develop new capabilities to support evolving workflows and operational needs.

Qualifications:

Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows OmniStudio Validation Rules) and programmatic development (Apex LWC).
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft).
Familiarity with CI/CD processes sandbox management and release deployment.
Solid understanding of data privacy access controls and governance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex logic and workflows.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CTI integration and enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Knowledge of business processes such as eligibility and payments is a plus.
