Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Manager (16 years of experience)

Location: Albany NY Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate in defining and executing comprehensive transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with existing technology architecture.
Engage with key stakeholders including executives department leaders and external partners to drive alignment buy-in and ongoing support.
Provide regular updates on program progress challenges and achievements through structured reporting.
Support effective management of dependencies across Salesforce implementations to ensure smooth efficient and predictable delivery outcomes.
Assist in monitoring and managing budgets to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Identify potential risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Guide periodic performance reviews and recommend strategic adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation or transformation engagements.
Experience delivering case management or large-scale enterprise solutions.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification required.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including experience engaging executive-level audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies risks and program timelines effectively.
Experience in program governance reporting and performance tracking using KPIs and metrics.
