Job Title: Technical Test Coordinator Workday QA/UAT Lead -8 Yrs Exp

Location: Atlanta GA - Hybrid

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Coordinate and manage the overall testing lifecycle including planning scheduling execution and reporting of testing activities
• Define negotiate and manage testing scope objectives deliverables and timelines
• Analyze project requirements to determine testing needs and strategy
• Estimate testing efforts secure resource commitments and manage allocation of testing resources across workstreams
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to assign testers to business processes and ensure full coverage
• Ensure all test scenarios test cases and scripts are created reviewed and aligned with business requirements
• Coordinate development and execution of test scripts and validate completeness and accuracy
• Ensure proper test data setup staging and validation to support all test scenarios
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to ensure correct sequencing of test steps and alignment with business workflows
• Ensure all required access to test environments systems and security roles are provisioned for testing teams
• Arrange testing logistics including tools environments and required infrastructure
• Maintain ownership of all testing artifacts ensuring proper documentation version control and compliance with organizational standards
• Implement and enforce standardized QA/testing processes and methodologies
• Review and validate test scripts test results and defect reports for quality and completeness
• Monitor testing progress track KPIs and assess effectiveness of testing efforts using metrics such as test coverage defect density and execution status
• Identify risks and issues impacting testing timelines and escalate appropriately to Testing Manager and stakeholders
• Track changes in requirements and ensure alignment with testing scope and deliverables
• Lead status meetings prepare and distribute detailed testing status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Participate in regular project meetings and provide weekly updates on testing progress and risks
• Manage communication with cross-functional teams including QA business users developers and leadership
• Track defects manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution and retesting
• Ensure timely completion of all testing milestones including SIT UAT and regression testing phases
• Support a risk-based testing approach to prioritize critical functionalities and ensure quality delivery
• Advocate for testability and quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Strong experience coordinating testing activities for enterprise-level implementations preferably Workday (HR and/or Financials)
• Proven ability to manage multiple testing workstreams simultaneously in a complex environment
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies SDLC STLC and testing best practices
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g. JIRA Azure DevOps HP ALM)
• Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Experience in data validation test data management and environment coordination
• Bachelors degree in a related field with at least 1 year of IT experience OR
• Associates degree with at least 3 years of IT experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience as a Testing Coordinator on a Workday implementation (Highly Preferred)
