Job Summary
3 years of experience in requirements management systems engineering product development or quality engineering within complex technical environments
1 years administering or configuring JAMA or comparable tools (e.g. DOORS Polarion)
Strong knowledge of traceability verification & validation (V&V) baselining and change control
Experience integrating engineering tools (e.g. JIRA test management systems)
Experience supporting operating model or enterprise transformation initiatives
Background in regulated industries requiring structured documentation and traceability
Experience leading enterprise tool deployments and driving user adoption
Familiarity with systems engineering best practices
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Systems Engineering Computer Science or related technical field
