Job Summary
Location: Mason Business Center (Onsite MBIC)
Hours per Week: 20
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in batch making across multiple product forms. This role involves working in a lab setting to formulate products from batch sheets track stability over time and measure physical properties that characterize product performance.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of raw material chemistry and process transformation ensuring robust product development and optimization.
Key Responsibilities-
Formulate products from batch sheets and monitor batch stability over time.

Measure and document physical properties to characterize product performance.

Maintain raw material inventory and ensure accurate tracking.

Record experimental procedures in lab notebooks and electronic systems (ELN).

Report results using Microsoft Word Excel and ELN.

Perform routine analytical methods and support lab operations.

Coordinate maintenance and calibration of lab equipment with QA tracking.

Ensure timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision.

Onsite availability at Mason Business Center (MBIC).

Prior P&G contracting experience (non-P&G employees only).

Experience working in a lab setting.

Strong attention to detail punctuality and responsiveness.

Ability to execute tasks independently and ask for clarity when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and logs.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Candidates without prior P&G experience may be considered if they have the right technical background.
