We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking and maintaining effective communication across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and maintaining calendars for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
- Prepare and distribute memos reports and other office documents as needed.
- Assist in maintaining filing systems both electronic and physical ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Provide support to other departments as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable punctual and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
