Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Princeton NJ (hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Description of work:

Design development and optimization of enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM CSM SPM HAM IRM ITOM and Security Exposure Management (SEM).
Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable secure and upgrade safe ServiceNow applications workflows and integrations; developing advanced scripts and automations; and ensuring platform performance data integrity and security.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation

Must Have:

5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform and architecture
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns
Strong experience with ITSM CSM SPM HAM IRM ITOM and SEM (developing)
Experience building and customizing ServiceNow user interfaces
Strong experience developing Upgrade-safe applications
Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Nice to Have:

Experience in higher education
Certified Application Developer
CIS Certified Implementation Specialist (any module)
