Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expert AI Developer to design and build agent based AI systems that can reason plan and act autonomously. This role focuses on developing core AI components and frameworks enabling memory and tool use capabilities and collaborating closely with prompt engineers to deliver scalable production grade AI solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong Python expertise a solid understanding of the Azure cloud ecosystem and hands on experience with embeddings vector databases and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and core components capable of reasoning planning and action
- Implement and extend agentic AI frameworks
- Develop memory context persistence and tool use capabilities for AI agents
- Work closely with prompt engineers to optimize prompts workflows and agent behavior
- Build scalable maintainable AI solutions using Python
- Integrate AI solutions within the Azure cloud stack
- Implement and optimize embeddings vector storage and RAG pipelines
- Ensure performance reliability and scalability of AI systems in production environments
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert level Python development skills
- Strong understanding of the Azure cloud stack and cloud native architectures
- Hands on experience with:
- Embeddings
- Vector databases
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience building LLM powered systems AI agents or autonomous components
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including prompt engineers and platform teams
Mandatory Requirement
Hands on experience using AI coding agents including:
- AMP
- Claude Code
Use of AI coding agents is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deeply technical AI practitioner with a system level mindset
- Experience building production ready agentic AI solutions
- Comfortable working across modeling orchestration tooling and infrastructure layers
- Strong problem solving ability with excellent communication skills
