Title: ServiceNow HLA Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA (Remote)
Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HLA (Health Log Analytics) Engineer with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in log analytics system monitoring and performance analytics within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Must Have Skills:

ServiceNow
ServiceNow Health Log Analytics
ServiceNow SysLogs

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work with Health Log Analytics (HLA) to analyze system performance and logs.
Monitor and manage ServiceNow SysLogs and system health data.
Configure and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize platform performance.
Implement best practices for logging monitoring and observability.
Support ongoing enhancements and provide technical solutions for system improvements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Health Log Analytics (HLA).
Experience working with ServiceNow SysLogs / System Logs.
Proficiency in Performance Analytics (Intermediate level).
Knowledge of ITOM / Event Management / Monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with log analytics tools (ELK Splunk etc.).
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery Event Management CMDB).
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
