Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Adobe products and platforms to lead end-to-end product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle-from ideation to launch-and will play a key role in driving product strategy execution and market success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities through research competitive analysis and customer insights.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of digital product offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering design marketing and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Lead product planning sprint reviews and stakeholder communication.
Roadmap & Execution
- Own and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback analytics and business impact.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery while balancing scope quality and timelines.
Adobe Ecosystem & User Experience
- Leverage Adobe tools and platforms to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure customer-centric product design.
Performance & Launch Management
- Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and product launch initiatives.
- Continuously iterate and optimize based on performance metrics.
Mandatory Skills
- Extensive experience working with Adobe products and tools.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with data analytics KPIs and product performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 15 years of experience in Product Management preferably with digital products.
