Job Summary
About this role
Ownadvanced operational support and stabilityfor enterprise data platforms acting as the primary L2/L3 interface forETL/ELT pipelines orchestration observability and Snowflake workloads. The role bridges execution and engineering with accountability forincident resolution platform reliability and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
OwnL1/L2operational supportforproductiondata platforms including data lakes streaming pipelines andSnowflake-based analytics.
Diagnose and resolve complex failures inETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks partnering with engineering where.
Actively manage incidents including impact assessment remediation coordination andpost incidentdocumentation.
Improvemonitoring alerting and observability coverageidentifyinggaps and driving instrumentation enhancements.
Supportonboarding ofnew pipelines and data products byvalidatingoperational readiness scalability and reliability.
Analyze recurring incidents and data quality issues contributing to root cause analysis (RCA) andlong-termremediation.
Mentor analysts through guidance on operational best practices troubleshooting and platform behavior.
Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding ofenterprise data platforms including data lakes warehouses streaming andSnowflake.
Handson experience withETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools(e.g. Airflow).
Practical experience withmonitoring alerting and observability systems.
Working knowledge ofAWS Azure and/or GCP with exposure to cloud-native data services.
Experience supporting production systems with defined SLAs and incident management processes.
