Salary: Basic 23.87619 € up to 3.40756 € gross p/a in potential bonus
Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri offce hrs

We’re looking for a Account Manager for the Nordic marketto join a fast-paced international team in this role you’ll work closely with media and creative agencies helping them grow their clients’ digital advertising performance and maximise results.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agency partners acting as their main point of contact
- Build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders across agencies
- Understand each agency’s business model and client portfolio to deliver tailored advertising strategies
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
- Run regular performance reviews presenting insights and optimisation strategies
- Act as a product expert educating partners on new features formats and best practices
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention targets
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Keep CRM systems updated with account activity pipeline and forecasts
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish Danish Swedish or Norwegian) and strong English
- Previous experience in sales account management or agency-facing roles
- Experience working with digital advertising solutions (social media search or similar)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue.
