Job Summary
Location: Barcelona Spain (hybrid)
Role: German speaking Agency Account Manager
Salary: Basic 24.310 € gross p/a up to 4.29000 € gross p/a in potential bonus
Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri offce hrs
Relocation package: flight to Barcelona acomodation on arrival plus assistance with finding long term accomodation.

We’re looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join a fast-paced international team in this role you’ll work closely with media and creative agencies helping them grow their clients’ digital advertising performance and maximise results.
If you enjoy building strong relationships driving revenue growth and acting as a trusted advisor - this could be your next move.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agency partners acting as their main point of contact
- Build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders across agencies
- Understand each agency’s business model and client portfolio to deliver tailored advertising strategies
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
- Run regular performance reviews presenting insights and optimisation strategies
- Act as a product expert educating partners on new features formats and best practices
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention targets
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Keep CRM systems updated with account activity pipeline and forecasts
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in German and strong English
- Previous experience in sales account management or agency-facing roles
- Experience working with digital advertising solutions (social media search or similar)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue.
