We’re hiring a Account Manager for the Nordic market to support and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this role you’ll act as a trusted advisor helping clients maximise their advertising performance and achieve real business results.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients acting as their main point of contact
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients
- Understand client goals and develop tailored digital advertising strategies
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Run regular performance reviews and present actionable insights
- Optimise campaigns to improve results and maximise client investment
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Adapt quickly to changing client needs and market trends
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish Norwegian Danish or Swedish) and strong English
- Previous experience in sales account management or agency-facing roles
- Experience working with digital advertising solutions (social media search or similar)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue.
