Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and markets.
- Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem
- Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with regional direction in Electronic Security
- Represent company at trade shows and industry events
- Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets ensuring market share growth.
- Identify develop and close large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals
- Recruit onboard and manage distributors
- Drive partner enablement programs and joint business planning
- Cashflow responsibility for Thailand (both sell-in and sell-out).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the companys overall goals.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
- Recruit train and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Develop lighthouse reference projects
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting
- Provide quarterly business reviews
- Deliver clear risk/opportunity analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
- 5 - 8 years in the electronic security industry at the Managerial level.
- Experience working with regional or global security brands
- Strong network in the security industry on the Thailand market.
- Strong understanding of the industry market dynamics and client needs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
- Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
- Well-presented professional reliable and ethical.
