About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Education Support Officer (ESO) to join our collaborative team of industry professionals. Working under the supervision of the Head Teacher or TeacherinCharge and under the guidance of teaching staff as required you will play an important role in supporting learners and enhancing the overall student experience. Through a range of handson and learnerfocused activities you will contribute to positive learning outcomes and support effective teaching and learning practices. This role is ideal for someone with current Early Childhood industry knowledge who enjoys working closely with students and educators to make a meaningful difference.

About You

You are a motivated and enthusiastic professional with a Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood and a minimum of three years experience in the sector. You bring current industry knowledge and a strong understanding of learning materials and processes and you enjoy supporting students to build confidence develop skills and engage meaningfully with their learning.

You thrive in an adult learning environment and are committed to motivating and encouraging students to achieve their goals. With highlevel interpersonal and communication skills you are proactive approachable and able to explain ideas clearly and concisely. You enjoy solving problems supporting others and contributing to an innovative and engaging educational experience.

You value collaboration and are comfortable building effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds delivering quality customer service as part of a broader team. Technologically capable you have experience using information and communication technologies including tools such as Microsoft Word Excel and online platforms like MS Teams to support students both facetoface and through virtual learning environments.
