Responsibilities:
Provide specialist advice to senior leaders on organisation design workforce planning and solutions to address business challenges.
Contribute to the development of the Divisions Workforce Planning/Org Design frameworks and ensure alignment with business plans.
Work closely with executives and business leaders to understand business goals and determine demand and supply requirements for strategic workforce planning (SWP).
Drive the end-to-end SWP process including data collection analysis scenario planning and formulation of workforce strategies.
Monitor and analyze external and internal factors impacting the workforce to provide insights and recommendations for workforce strategies.
Develop and refine SWP methodology including job architecture forecasting gap analysis and sourcing interventions.
Lead the implementation of the Adaptive Workforce Planning tool and provide strategic inputs to organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with various teams such as People business partners analysts finance and strategy teams for operationalization of SWP.
Develop policies guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure relevance and accuracy of the function.
Take a value chain approach to analyse workforce data and provide recommendations for optimal resourcing aligned with business goals.
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
Moderate relevant experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
Significant experience in designing developing and implementing strategic workforce and transformation programs.
Experience in operating model workforce planning and organisation design.
Demonstrated senior business partnering/consulting experience.
Proven track record as an effective project manager.
Experience of leading change using agile methodologies.
A commercially focused and pragmatic approach to workforce planning outcomes.
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications include:
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in People / Human Resources or a related field.
