Job Summary

Description

You will track participant progress evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accessible high-quality data. Additionally you will manage SharePoint content and structure to ensure clear up-to-date information. Your work will support data-driven decisions improve operational efficiency and strengthen overall program performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the activities on New Product Development in the roles of program controls project engineering program management ISC engineering Sourcing and through proposal to production phases of a program.
  • Use your agility and ability to support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team.
  • Complete the designed rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design.
  • Track program progress and performance metrics providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree in Program ManagementEngineering Business or related Degree (with Program Management coursework)
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be able to gain a security clearance.
