Job Summary

Activities Site Coordinator at Minot High School

.2 FTE

Ideal candidate will be a teacher at Minot High School; and would be allowed 1 of their class periods per day for Coordinator duties in addition to the extra duty compensation for work outside of teaching hours.

Oversee day to day activities (athletics and fine arts) operations at Minot High School

Duties include:

Scheduling facilities

Set up for activities

Schedule events oversee scheduling

Monitor equipment budget

Work with booster clubs

Maintain activities buildings grounds and equipment

Work with administration to ensure supervision of activities

Coordinate coaches and advisors
