• seeking a highly skilledNetSuite ERP Solutions Consultantto support the growth ofConnected Payments Huntingtons integrated payments solution for clients leveragingNetSuite Cloud ERP. This role is part of theEnterprise Payments division and focuses on helping clients streamline and optimize payment acceptance reconciliation and cashmanagement processes within their NetSuite environments.
• The ideal candidate combines NetSuite functional expertise with strong payments knowledge and clientfacing consulting experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers guiding them through implementation configuration optimization and continuous improvement of Connected Payments integration.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Integration

Lead endtoend implementation of Connected Payments solution within client NetSuite ERP environments.

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand clients ordertocash procuretopay banking and payment acceptance workflows.
• Configure NetSuite modulesincluding AR AP Banking Payment Processing SuiteFlow and SuiteScriptenabled componentsto support the Connected Payments integration.
• Work closely with Enterprise Payments product engineering and onboarding teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Solution Design & Configuration

Translate business requirements into functional designs for NetSuite workflows field configurations custom records saved searches and dashboards.

• Recommend best practices for payments reconciliation automation cash application and treasury workflows inside NetSuite.
• Validate technical requirements for data mapping API endpoints and integration behaviors between NetSuite and Huntingtons payment gateways or treasury services.

Client Advisory & Support

Act as a subjectmatter expert on NetSuite payments banking integrations and ERP workflows.

• Provide ongoing consulting troubleshooting and optimization support for clients postimplementation.
• Deliver user training solution documentation and operational best practices.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Partner with Connected Payments product managers to provide client feedback and shape product roadmap.

• Collaborate with Huntington technical teams to validate integration performance system enhancements and new feature releases.
• Support sales engineers and relationship managers during presales cycles by providing NetSuite expertise and solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

3 years of handson NetSuite consulting or administration experience (consulting firm or inhouse ERP role).

• Deep functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules: Financials AR/AP Banking OrdertoCash and Workflow automation.
• Experience implementing or supporting payment gateways merchant processing integrations treasury/banking integrations or fintech products within ERP systems.
• Understanding of SuiteFlow SuiteBuilder saved searches and NetSuite reporting.
• Strong clientfacing communication and solutiondesign skills.

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite certifications (Administrator ERP Consultant SuiteFoundation or similar).

• Experience integrating bank payment rails (ACH RTP wire) merchant card processing or treasury cashmanagement solutions.
• Background working in financial services fintech ERP consulting or payment technology.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript concepts (reading logs understanding flows) no coding required but helpful.
