Please note that we are only able to offer the position to active students currently enrolled at a German university.

We are looking for working students for a minimum of 1 year.

This position is available in a Hybrid setup in our Berlin office (at Alexanderplatz).

What You Will Do

• Act as the first point of contact for the shared accounting inbox reviewing categorizing and assigning emails to the correct entities or teams

• Manage and follow up on incoming accounting queries to ensure timely and accurate communication

• Support basic Accounts Payable tasks including invoice processing expense claims and payment preparation

• Assist with vendor master data maintenance ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Help with account reconciliations and clearing of open items

• Support intercompany transactions and basic reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close activities across AP and GL

• Contribute to weekly cash planning by preparing relevant input data

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related questions

• Support ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed

What You Will Bring

Must-haves:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration completed or in process

• Professional level of written and spoken English

• Knowledge and experience with MS Excel

• Self-motivated and with a keen interest to learn and develop

• Friendly positive attitude and can-do mindset

• Strong attention to detail

Strong advantage:

• Previous accounting experience

• Experience working with an ERP system

• German language skills
