As a Value Strategy Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our innovative medicines reach those who need them most. By developing compelling value proposition tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams you will help shape strategies that enhance access to our life-changing products. Accountabilities:
Value proposition tools: Develop and adapt compelling value proposition tools tailored to public and private healthcare decision-makers.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely and operate in synergy with Brand Team Leaders Marketing Sales Finance Legal Government Affairs Medical Patient Advocacy and other stakeholders to ensure aligned strategies and deliverables.
Implementation planning: Design and execute implementation plans for medicines incorporated into public and private markets ensuring timely uptake and operational readiness.
HEOR RWE and HTA dossiers: Lead the planning and development of health economic models realworld evidence (RWE) studies and HTA dossiers aligned to each brands strategic objectives.
Field access support: Support the Market Access field team with external stakeholder communications and participation in scientific and access-related events.
Event execution: Support the Value Strategy team in planning and executing area events workshops and trainings.
Access landscape: Identify access opportunities and barriers across both public and private sectors informing mitigation plans and go-to-market strategies.
HTA monitoring: Monitor HTA processes and outcomes from agencies such as ANS Conitec NICE PBAC CADTH and others and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Economics Public Health Marketing or Finance; Strong analytical skills
Prior experience in Market Access HEOR Value Strategy or Health Policy within pharma/biotech or consulting.
Experience in evaluating and implementing economic models in the healthcare system (e.g. budget impact cost-effectiveness) evidence synthesis and real-world evidence methodologies.
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders including payers HTA bodies and clinical experts.
Strong planning prioritization and execution skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English is required.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Prior experience working in market access within the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with global healthcare systems
Advanced degree in a relevant field
