What you will do
Manages strategic and business decisions related to products and services utilizing the Operating and Execution model to create develop position and market the offerings.
Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution.
Developing business case business plan product definition and specifications product and services launches and life cycle management activities.
Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements.
Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.
Managing factory and landed machine availability within targets for the region
Skills
Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting embracing and achieving objectives.
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Knowledge of Customers: Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities profiles and information.
Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree
Language: Pre-advanced English Communication
Experience: Job-related experience Strong business skills and Product/Application background
Top Candidates will also have:
Direct Dealer Operations Experience (Example: Field Rep)
Experience with leadership of people and/or projects
Spanish Intermediate
Additional information:
Travel: Moderate travel required (10% - 20% of working time)
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
