Special Education Teacher Inclusive & Resource Support
Washington Full-Time School-Based Opportunity
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with a Washington school district to recruit a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time school-based position. This role is well-suited for an educator who values inclusive education differentiated instruction and supporting students with diverse learning needs in reaching both academic and personal milestones.
In this position you will deliver specialized instruction across a variety of settings including resource inclusion and self-contained classrooms. You will create structured engaging learning environments that encourage student growth independence and confidence. By partnering with general education teachers service providers and families you will help ensure students receive meaningful access to the curriculum and fully participate in their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track student progress and use data to inform instructional planning.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student performance and growth.
- Modify curriculum assignments and assessments to accommodate a range of learning needs.
- Develop implement and manage IEPs in compliance with Washington state and federal guidelines.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP objectives and state standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote inclusive practices and effective behavior supports.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related discipline and possess a valid Washington State teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement or be eligible to obtain one. They should demonstrate strong skills in classroom management lesson planning and team collaboration. Previous experience in resource inclusion or self-contained classroom settings is preferred.
