ABA Solutions is seeking a compassionate certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to children and adolescents in school and home environments throughout the Bradenton FL area.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home school or clinic settings.
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
Collect and report data using digital platforms.
Collaborate with caregivers and school staff to support generalization.
Attend regular supervision sessions and team meetings.

Professional Development

Free in-house Type 2 CEUs
Supervision by USF-certified BCBAs
Analyst coaching and practicum hour support
Regular team meetups and case collaboration opportunities

Qualifications

Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
6 months of experience with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
Afternoon availability (preferred)
Reliable transportation for in-field sessions
