About the Role
As an intern for sales you will support the operational works including monthly reconciliation sample parts tracking support the GT&C negotiations data analysis and sales reporting.
What You Will Do
Monthly AR reconciliation: this is to support the AR reconciliation so as to facilitate right invoicing in order to timely collect the AR mainly for SAIC GM.
Sample parts delivery: this is to support the sample parts delivery under a variety of programs which are in development phase mainly for SAIC.
Data analysis: this is about the customer data mining and data analysis to support the sales leader in customer based analytical works.
GT&C negotiation: this is to support sales in document reviewing and preparation when we negotiate with customer the GT&C.
What You Need to Be Successful
Basic analytical skills sense of math.
Demonstrable knowledge of office tools.
Proficiency in English.
Good working altitude.
