Qualifications
The role will play as the capsil IT owner to lead:
- Solution Strategy & Leadership: Define maintain and own the application architecture and strategic roadmaps for insurance core system (capsil)
- Delivery & Implementation: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex solutions ensuring high-performance standards in project implementation.
- Architecture & Integration: Guide the development of insurance integrations and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business team and tech teams to align solutions with business needs.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years experience as the core system solution architecture.
- Strong background in life insurance core systems end-to-end processes and core system solution design.
- Skilled in Cobol & project management.
- Team & people management experience is preferred.
- Core system migration experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English Cantonese and Mandarin.
- onsite work in Hong Kong.
