Job Summary

Salary: $62 046.40 annually (Dependent on education licensure and experience)

This role is responsible for the development implementation and oversight of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) systems across the treatment department to support high-quality evidence-based clinical services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develops implements and maintains CQI tools systems and processes across the department
  • Creates and manages a centralized repository of approved CQI and quality assurance instruments
  • Pilots new CQI tools evaluate effectiveness and implement department-wide improvements
  • Monitors CQI systems regularly to ensure compliance accuracy and ongoing feasibility
  • Leads performance improvement efforts including chairing the Treatment Department Performance Improvement Committee and maintaining the Performance Measurement and Management Plan
  • Analyzes clinical operational and program data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Generates reports and provide actionable insights to leadership on program performance and outcomes
  • Coordinates CQI initiatives across multiple locations to ensure consistency and collaboration
  • Stays current on evidence-based practices and integrate new approaches into clinical operations
  • Develops and maintain training materials; educate supervisors and clinical staff on CQI tools processes and performance expectations
  • Ensures staff are properly trained and implementing CQI measures consistently across programs
  • Supports internal and external audits (e.g. CARF OMHAS ACA) by preparing documentation and recommending process improvements
  • Utilizes systems such as EHRs and Microsoft Office (including Excel) to track analyze and report data
  • Communicates CQI findings tools and best practices to internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree with an LCDC III or LSW required. Masters degree with an LICDC LPC LPCC or LISW preferred. One year of experience in behavioral health treatment required. Previous CQI experience and or additional experience in the behavioral health treatment field is preferred. Maintains required licensure in good standing. Familiarity with confidentiality regulations governing the disclosure of client information the storage of client records and behavioral health Codes of Ethics is required. Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and a driving record that does not preclude the employee from being covered by Agency liability insurance. Must have the ability to travel to all Oriana House locations. Must have the cognitive skills needed to complete tasks including abilities such as learning remembering focusing categorizing and integrating information for decision making problem solving and comprehending. Must have the ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems and multi-task without loss of efficiency or accuracy. Must be able to perform effectively and efficiently under high stress emergencies and conflict situations. Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees outside contacts and a diverse client population.
