Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Growth & Marketing Specialist to accelerate sales and customer acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales requiring someone who is proactive data-driven and highly adaptable.
You will play a key role in executing growth marketing strategies while actively supporting and driving sales enablement. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on momentum ownership and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across email social media and digital channels
- Optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Continuously test analyze and improve marketing performance using data insights
- Manage content and messaging aligned to target audiences and sales objectives
Sales Enablement
- Support the sales team with qualified leads campaigns and outreach strategies
- Develop and refine sales collateral messaging and sequences
- Work closely with sales to improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Actively contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation
Sales Funnel Management
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel
- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion at each stage
- Track and report on funnel performance and key growth metrics
Agile Execution
- Move quickly and adapt strategies based on performance and business needs
- Take an aggressive proactive approach to driving sales outcomes
- Pivot marketing strategies as required to support revenue goals
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth marketing and/or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience supporting or working closely with sales teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
