Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires strong leadership creativity analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing channels and tacticsparticularly social media and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital print email social media and events.
- Oversee content creation and brand messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Focus on social media and email marketing execution optimization and reporting.
- Utilize tech tools effectively; MailChimp experience is a plus as most current clients are on the platform.
- Recommend and implement platform improvements where better tech is available.
- Ensure standard ad campaign execution and SEO best practices across all digital initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product and design to ensure alignment.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate and manage external agencies vendors and freelancers as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends technologies and best practices.
Content production (Canva and ideally Cap Cut familiarity)
Social media scheduling and posting
Substack publishing and promoting
Dining guide maintenance (will be done through Canva)
Analytics and reporting (on a predictable cadence)
Asset management (managing our templates email lists etc..)
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in marketing with solid experience handling social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads SEO fundamentals CRM social media).
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Ideal candidate is proactive self-directed highly professional and capable of working autonomously without over-monitoring.
- MailChimp experience preferred (all current clients are on this platform)
