Job Summary
Retail Assistant
Location: Grafham Water (Fishing lodge)
Permanent 30hrs per week
Salary from: 24200 prorated
This role will have longer hours over the summer months and reduced hours during the winter months
Do you have a keen interest and knowledge in fly fishing Why not consider joining theGrafhamWaterTeam as a Park Retail Assistant.
Based at Grafhamfishing lodge youll support our customers and serveanglers and park visitors.
The role requires till operation and use of a web-based booking system as well as telephone operation cash handling some basic admin as well as someday-to-daystock management and of course excellent customer service skills.
What does it take to be a Retail Assistant
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and social skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn
Availability to work weekends and shifts
Knowledge or experience of fly fishing would be beneficial
Show enthusiasm about our parks and ability to share enthusiasm with customers
Role will require both working alone or as part of a team.
Comfortable using IT basic office applications and bespoke booking systems
