JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner (CI/CD Platform) to lead the evolution of our CI/CD platform running on a private cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about DevOps platform engineering and cloud-native technologies with strong technical expertise and product ownership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

Own and manage the CI/CD platform backlog for DevOps teams
Define refine and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria
Translate business and engineering needs into clear technical requirements
Work closely with DevOps engineers architects and development teams
Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery of platform capabilities

CI/CD Platform Strategy

Define and evolve CI/CD standards templates and best practices
Drive adoption of GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
Ensure efficient build test and deployment pipelines for Java applications
Continuously improve developer experience and reduce time-to-production

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Contribute to the design of CI/CD pipelines on Kubernetes / OpenShift
Ensure platform scalability resilience and maintainability
Align CI/CD architecture with enterprise and cloud-native standards
Support tool selection and integration decisions

DevSecOps & Quality Integration

Promote integration of security and quality checks into pipelines
Ensure CI/CD processes align with security and compliance requirements
Support shift-left practices across development teams

What will drive your success

Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Owner in DevOps or platform teams
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline design
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD
Familiarity with Java-based application delivery pipelines
Solid understanding of containerization and microservices architecture
Ability to write clear structured user stories for engineering teams
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong prioritization skills based on business impact and value
Good understanding of cloud-native and platform architecture
Ability to collaborate with architects and challenge/validate design decisions

Nice to Have

Experience with artifact repositories (e.g. Artifactory)
Familiarity with SCA / security tools (e.g. Nexus IQ)
Experience with CI tools (Jenkins GitLab CI Tekton etc.)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible)
Observability tooling (Prometheus Grafana ELK)
