Review every medication order and dosage for completeness safety and efficacy prior todispensing to an individual patient including routine stat and investigational drug information investigational educational cost containment and clinicalprograms
Experience Required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required
PGY 1 Residency Preferred
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy
License/Certification Requirements
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
