What Youll Be Doing
Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporate records provide general assistance to the Legal Department and ensure compliance with governance protocols.
What Are We Looking For
Students pursuing or interested in pre-law legal studies compliance or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Interest in legal compliance and corporate governance
Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business setting
