Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master Legal Operations Application (Standalone Platform)
Location: United States (EST preferred)
Work Arrangement: Remote- Hybrid Cleveland Ohio a plus
Duration: 10 12 months (contract) with extensions possible
Program Overview Legal Operations Workstream
- Standalone Legal Operations application separating from Corporate
- Supports legal case management contracts compliance and document workflows
- Integration touchpoints with Finance HR and Identity platforms
- High regulatory security and data governance requirements
- Close coordination with Legal IT Security and external vendors
Role Summary
The Project Manager / Scrum Master will lead the delivery of a Legal Operations standalone application as part of Programme ATLAS. This role owns end to end execution of the Legal Ops workstream ensuring the platform is successfully separated stabilized and operational for Eaton Mobility Day 1.
The role combines traditional project management with Agile delivery leadership and operates within a broader multi workstream program structure.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
- Own delivery of the Legal Ops application separation and stabilization
- Build and manage detailed project plans aligned to the ATLAS master plan
- Coordinate dependencies across Legal IT Security and vendor teams
- Track progress across development testing data migration and cutover
Agile / Scrum Leadership
- Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for the Legal Ops workstream
- Manage Jira boards sprint planning execution and backlog refinement
- Lead Agile ceremonies and drive predictable delivery
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Primary delivery contact for Legal and IT stakeholders
- Translate Legal business needs into executable delivery plans
- Manage vendor delivery and track performance against SoWs
- Provide clear status reporting to program and executive leadership
Risk Governance & Compliance
- Manage risks related to data privacy compliance and access controls
- Ensure governance alignment with Legal and Security standards
- Support audit readiness and documentation requirements
Testing Change & Readiness
- Oversee UAT with Legal stakeholders
- Track training OCM and business readiness activities
- Ensure clean operational handoff post cutover
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience delivering enterprise legal or compliance platforms
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience (Scrum certification preferred)
- Experience managing vendors and regulated systems
