Job Summary

You will design and implement APIs databases and backend services using Java Spring Boot OpenAPI Kafka Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL following clean code and API-first principles
Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces with Angular and TypeScript aligned with modern UX/UI standards
Automate deployments and testing pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Gradle GitLab and Open Shift
Actively participate in code reviews architectural discussions and technical decisionmaking
Collaborate with product owners architects QA and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Build professional relationships with clients management and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions
Drive technical design decisions and challenge requirements when needed
Propose architectural improvements (modularity scalability performance security)

You have a degree in Informatics Business Informatics Computer Science or a related field equipping you with a strong foundation in technology and digital transformation
You have 5 years of hands-on experience in backend and full stack development (Java and Spring Boot) with a strong focus on clean code architecture and automated testing
Proven experience building scalable web applications using Angular or React and TypeScript
Strong expertise in cloud-native development with hands-on experience on AWS and/or Azure
Solid background in containerization and CI/CD pipelines supporting both onpremises and cloud-based projects from scratch
You have a strong customer-oriented mindset ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives and end-user needs
Advanced written verbal and interpersonal communication skills in business English and German are mandatory
Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot AI-based code analysis test generation or documentation support) is a plus
