Job Summary

SUMMARY

As an installation manager assistant you will be performing various tasks to assist the installation managers in job site management organization and oversight of active projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for gathering and making available the required documentation for installation
Provides the required up-to-date copies of drawings and specifications to subcontractors when requested.

Assists Installation Manager with all phases of any given project.
Checks job site for readiness and cleanliness; assists in jobsite organization and movement of material on job sites.
Research and report RFIs to the Installation Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensures that any material necessary to complete a jobsite reaches the job in a timely manner as instructed by the Installation Manager
Ensures comprehensive project documentation by filing notes documents and project related emails.
Help with any administrative overflow as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Clean driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong active listening skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Must pass a background check

EDUCATION and /or EXPERIENCE

Construction or management related education preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 85 pounds.
