Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments inventory management carrier and customer communications and other related support activities.
What you will do
- Ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers including scheduling inventory carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates.
- Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities.
- Provide support for customer information requests business development opportunities and value-add warehouse or production projects.
- Update the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing scheduling processing and distributing information.
- Associate Degree Emphasis in administrative support or related area Preferred
Required Experience
- 3 years of customer service experience
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working in a WMS software platform

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective planning and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g. e-mail word processing spreadsheet).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range:
45000 - 52000The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
