Purpose
As OIP & Services Finance Leader you act as a strategic finance business partner to the O-IP & Services Business Units supporting value creation and longterm performance. You drive financial insight steer strategic planning and ensure robust reporting to enable informed decisionmaking at BU and Group level.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance interlocutor for O-IP & Services BUs ensuring alignment with Global Finance objectives.
- Lead budgeting rolling forecasts strategic planning and 10year longrange planning for the BUs.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting including P&L cash Capex cost and FTE controlling.
- Consolidate and analyze project profitability revenue recognition and cost structures across OIP platforms and Services.
- Drive financial performance monitoring highlight risks and opportunities and make recommendations to the CFO and BU leaders.
- Support quotation and investment decisions including ROI analyses and risk assessments.
- Manage and develop a team of reporting controllers fostering a highperformance and collaborative finance environment.
Qualifications :
Position and Requirements
- Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- Around 8 years of experience in Finance ideally in an international matrixed or multisite environment.
- Proven experience in finance business partnering consolidation and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Fluent English required; ability to operate confidently in a global context.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
Preferred Knowledge / Skills
- Strong business and financial acumen with a project and profitabilitydriven mindset.
- Solid experience with SAP BFC Power BI and advanced financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy initiative and ability to navigate complex fastmoving environments.
- Collaborative leadership style aligned with a performance and peoplecentric culture.
