Job Description:

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Manages technical professionals in the development and execution of field service engineering supply chain initiatives and projects that advance organizational strategies. Delivers operational results to maximize positive impact of departmental outcomes.
Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Executes operational plans and timelines including key performance measures targets and objectives to produce leading-edge Field Service Engineering solutions that enhance the organizations competitive advantage and brand recognition.
Ensures adherence to protocols for project management for all Field Service Engineering initiatives and projects to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance company standards operational requirements and customer-specific business needs.
Implements strategies to optimize Field Service Engineering process efficiency space utilization waste reduction and capital investment management consistent with current research and best practices.
Communicates with management on developments and resource needs of Field Service Engineering supply chain projects and collaborates with other business units to maximize successful outcomes.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g. workflow performance and compliance) as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
