You will think fast be great at juggling various activities and act as the voice and the face of the company. You will ensure that our clients colleagues vendors and visitors feel that they are in good hands.
Full-time office-based
You will:
- Manage office supplies equipment and facilities services
- Receive and route all incoming calls greet visitors handle incoming inquiries couriers
- Provide administrative support to Finance & Accounting team
- Organize business trips meetings and events
- Log and sort mail coordinate shipments
- Provide secretarial support prepare reports photocopying shredding
- Administrative help with car fleet mobile devices and attendance logs
- Assist with Health Checks & Safety Checks of the premises
Qualifications :
- Work experience as an Office Administrator Executive/Management Assistant or similar administrative role
- University degree
- Well-developed communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving skills ability to take initiative and act proactively
- Discreet trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel & PowerPoint)
- Full working proficiency in Serbian and English
