Job Summary
At Bosch Rexroth within our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) you will join the Sales Agriculture Machinery team in a truly international environment and will play a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge technology with hands-on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships.
As a Junior Sales Engineer you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions.
You will:
- Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio from hydraulic components to electronics and software electric motors inverters and IoT services.
- Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.
- Own projects end-to-end from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.
- Understand and anticipate market trends guiding customers toward the most effective and forward-looking solutions.
- Grow internationally gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
- Seal the deal You will manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners
Qualifications :
- Education: MSc in Electronic Mechanical Mechatronics or Aerospace Engineering
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience: 1 years of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred)
- Work style: Analytical mindset results-driven approach strong collaboration skills business acumen and pragmatism
- Mindset: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics continuous learning attitude and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
