The Logistics Supervisor is accountable for supporting end-to-end logistics operations within Cluster North. This position safeguards supply chain efficiency and compliance mitigates risk promotes continuous improvement and advances sustainability goals by leveraging deep logistics systems knowledge partnering across functions and actively contributing to strategic logistics projects.
Qualifications :
- Support and assure adherence of D&L Finance Plan for Cluster North.
- Accomplish identified Sustainable Margin Improvements (SMI) initiatives contributing to CoE synergy plan.
- Ensure and support successful implementation of GDL initiatives and Projects.
- E2E Initiatives: Study analyze and propose enhancements to current processes in terms of agility and efficiency through all areas involved: Supply Chain Customer Service D&L and 3PL.
- Inventory Control: work along with 3PLs in order to perform cycle counting and develop weekly inventory control comparing SAP and WMS. Inventory analysis in order to review and reduce damaged material blocked products expiration dates and physical differences.
- Support annual W2W inventory activities with 3PLs
- Robust SOPs: Reviews and updates according to the needs working with the 3PLs and areas involved.
- KPIs performance owner in Cluster North: Find and implement improvement opportunities of 3PLs performance for global/local KPIs.
- Support the implementation of the D&L KPIs and ensure monthly reporting requirements are met.
- Analyze and track 3PL(s) SLAs KPIs assessments and results of the operation.
- Close collaboration with customer service area to support commercial execution.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assure best in class solutions for the business including relationships and service metrics with 3PLs.
- Full participation in D&L Governance meetings and monthly meetings with 3PLs.
- Assure alignment and compliance with all internal procedures and policies in the corresponding areas of responsibility.
- Control and understand all logistics systems (parameters costs restrictions) and optimization tools.
- Work with Global and/or Regional COE staff to drive process changes and Projects affecting AbbVie in the countries under his/her responsibility and/or its 3PL partner(s).
Additional Information :
- Proficiency using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel or Power BI
- SAP ERP (logistics) or common warehouse management system (WMS) (preferred)
- Business Process Corporate Policy (compliance & completeness)
- Analytical and cost analysis
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or Consumer D&L experience (preferred)
- Strong Distribution and Logistics knowledge.
- Accounting Fundamentals.
- Continuous Improvement /Lean manufacturing fundamentals.
- Analytical and conceptual skills around data management.
- Data gathering and quantitative and qualitative data analysis including business processes. metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree or advanced student (Logistics/Industrial Engineer)
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics/Distribution
- Proficient in English: advance
- Strong analytical problem solving process mindset communication customer service and interpersonal skills
- Individuals must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
